Tracked
This service costs an extra £4 but your parcel will be fully tracked all the way to your door. We will send you the tracking information once it has been handed over to the courier, so you can follow the journey.
Standard
This service is cheaper but your parcel will not be tracked. We would appreciate it if you could inform us when it arrives. If after one month your parcel has not arrived, get in touch with us and I will contact the courier. If your parcel needs to be sent out again, you will have to stand the cost of delivery.
